Have you noticed there is a lot of information floating around now, about increasing gut health with fermented foods?  Do you have concerns about your gut health, or the gut health of a family member? Not knowing where to being can prevent you from ever starting. This workshop is all about going back to how our grandmothers did things. You will learn:

  • Probiotics vs. prebiotics
  • Why we need probiotics?
  • What are good sources for probiotics? 

Some basic knowledge about your immune health and the role probiotics play. You will be equipped with the information necessary to begin fermenting your very own high-potency probiotics immediately.
