Find deeper meaning, wholeness, and healing of our minds and bodies as we tap into our higher consciousness in sharing our personal experiences and combined wisdom. Harp sound frequency has been added at the beginning and ending of each class to support a heart centered space for your enhanced experience. As we bring healing to our inner selves, our true soul-selves shine forth; and we increase our ability to create lives that work and are truly fulfilling. Perimenopause is a rollercoaster — hot flashes, brain fog, mood swings, sleepless nights, and everything in between. This community group is a space to vent, commiserate, and connect with others who get it. No judgment, no shame — just real talk, shared experiences, and the reassurance that you’re not alone. Join us for a potluck-style small bites brunch (bring something to share if you’d like!) Coffee and tea will be provided. Each gathering will be a mix of open conversations and practical tips to help us navigate perimenopause with more ease — and a little humor. When people think about chakras, if they already know something about them, they usually think of chakras 1-7.
Cyndi Dale has taken this awareness to another level. She describes in detail how these additional chakras can influence our lives including our past, present, and future; our soul (including patterns and archetypes); how we can see grounding to the earth from a new perspective; and how to change negative to positive energy. She also explores a secondary system of chakras that together connects or “entrains” to the heart. In addition, she includes information about the back sides of the first seven chakras. Explore using chakra energy with the basic as well as the expanded and fascinating additional 8-12 chakra levels.
