DISCLAIMER

Womanspace reserves the right to use photo images taken at programs, events and classes for promotional purposes.

CLASS REGISTRATION

Courses are filled on a first-come basis. If we do not receive payment for your registration within 24 hours, your registration may be cancelled. The determination of whether a program is held or not is based on PAID registrations. If payment is not received, your registration is not counted and the class may be cancelled.

If you need assistance with online payment or wish to pay for your registration another way, please email programs@womanspace-rockford.org or call 815-877-0118. If you are calling during non-business hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you.

Incomplete or partial attendance at programs is not encouraged. There is no reduction in fees if you are unable to attend all scheduled classes.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Paid enrollment in a Womanspace class must be cancelled in order for the student to be eligible for a refund.

  • If you cancel 7 or more calendar days prior to a program or class, your payment (less the $10 non-refundable deposit and the 3% service fee) will be refunded.
  • If you cancel 4–6 days prior to a program or class, you may have your payment (less the $10 non-refundable deposit & 3% service fee) credited to your Womanspace account.
  • If you cancel within 3 days prior to a program or class, there are no refunds.
  • Womanspace reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment by the registration deadline, in which case, full refunds will be made.

DOG POLICY

All dogs on the Womanspace property must be on a leash and under the owner’s control at all times. All dog waste must be picked up by the owner and disposed of properly.

Dogs are not allowed in the studio (upper or lower) during classes or open studio times. Dogs are not allowed in the main building during classes, although they may be brought in for short visits. Reasons for this policy include the following: not everyone is comfortable around dogs; dogs can be a distraction in a classroom setting; some people are allergic; some people are afraid of dogs. With the variety of class participants, we need to be mindful of these issues.

If you bring your dog to Womanspace when you are working on something else (other than a class or open studio), the dog must be on a leash and under your control at all times. Dogs cannot be tied up outside and left alone / unattended. (There are local coyotes around).

If you do bring your dog, you must clean up after it. This means removing any and all: bowls, treats, hair, prints, and bodily waste. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will not be welcome to bring it to Womanspace again.
