New Yoga Instructor: Kyra Nakamatsu
Seeking a space to slow down and find inner peace? This class nurtures physical, emotional, and mental well-being through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness.
As part of her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training Karma Project, Kyra is offering this class to share the healing power of yoga that has deeply inspired her through her own journey with grief. Kyra's intention is to create a space where you can move with ease, let go, and cultivate presence. Expect a 30-minute slow Vinyasa flow to release tension in the body, followed by 15 minutes of Yin for deep relaxation, ending with a calming meditation.
No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to be present. Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, peaceful, and restored.
Please bring a mat, dress comfortably, and bring a water bottle if desired.

Don’t miss this celebration of her remarkable journey and literary achievement!
From the back cover:
In the second volume of her memoir, Margaret continues her fascinating exploration of her life experiences in her attempts to heal herself and find happiness. In this work, she shows her efforts to go beyond the limited thinking of her childhood years. Her search gives her an opportunity to investigate and feel a world outside the shelter of the children's home and convent. Her relationships with her siblings, mother, and stepfather become driving forces as she determines what path she is to follow. Travel with Margaret as she overcomes her fears and lets go of what she was taught and her beliefs of not being enough. Her enthralling journey is a powerful example of a determined woman who seeks peace with her past and creates her future.
