This class is online only (Zoom). Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the class.   You will not be allowed into the class after it begins, please be on time!

Take a break from your workday (remote or at the office) by treating yourself to an hour meditation!  We’ll meet via zoom so if you do go to the office you can put on a headset and still participate.  In this meditation practice, we’ll use the breathe to get centered.  Body scans and energy filling explorations will help us listen to, soothe, and energize the body.  And, kindness meditations will help our self and the world be a kinder place to be.  This mediation is done is in a seated position with your feet on the floor (and is adaptable if you want to lie down.) Meditation is a great way to de-stress, re-charge, and re-focus.  Hope you will join!
