In this retreat-like class you will learn about 5 core principles and practices to: improve your inner wisdom to have a clearer sense of direction, gain more clarity about where to use your energy and when to set boundaries, achieve better balance in your emotional, physical and spiritual life, and be more present in every aspect of your life. You will have time to reflect on how these principles currently show up in your life and what more you desire. Meditation explorations will be utilized to begin experiencing these principles and living fully in your body in the present moment. Feel free to bring a journal or paper to write or draw your reflections (not required). If you are feeling low on energy, stressed about life events or transitioning into something new, this information may be the start of revitalizing energy for you! (Check-in will begin at 8:30am)
