Honoring Our Foremothers

Sunday, September 21, 1:00–3:00 pm

at the YMCA Log Lodge and the Rockford Women's Suffrage Plaza

Come and join this special celebration where we will name and honor many women who have influenced and helped build the Womanspace community during its first 50 years. Think of those Womanspace women (living or deceased) who have impacted your life in a positive way and please come ready to speak their names aloud. Program begins at 1:00p in the YMCA Log Lodge. Weather permitting, we will walk in procession out to the Rockford Women’s Suffrage Plaza for a short, quiet reflection time, and then return to the lodge for refreshments.
