This 75 minute class, held outside as weather permits, will begin with pranayama: breath control exercises developed by the ancient yogis for purification, mental focus, rejuvenation, and healing, followed by a high energy vinyasa sequence, incorporating poses meant to encourage the flow of prana (vital life force energy) through the body, and will end with Savasana. This class is suitable for all levels, but some prior experience with yoga asana is recommended.
Bring a bottle of water to hydrate before, during, and after.
Register two day before each class. As weather permits, this class will take place outside on the backyard lawn, by the flower garden. Plan to meet in the main building, then class will move to appropriate location.
