Face masks are required upon entering Womanspace facilities. Once the actual class begins, you may remove your mask. At the end of yoga practice, masks must be back on.

All levels. This class incorporates a gentle yoga flow, followed by deep stretches held for longer periods. Yin yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress, strengthening your joints and ligaments, and improving sleep. Suggested equipment: comfortable attire, yoga mat, and desired props.  

Register two day before each class.
