Sunday, April 18
5:00–6:30 pm

Facilitator:  Julie Thompson

Due to Covid-19 social distancing recommendations, class size is limited to 6 and face masks are required.

Heart beats, footsteps, turn signals, dripping faucets, babies sleeping — all have a rhythm of their own. Drums and drumming have been apart of the human expression from the beginning of time.

We invite you to join this monthly group to enjoy the camaraderie of making music together. We will explore traditional drumming rhythms, the rhythms of sayings, Nursery rhymes, and the rhythms of emotions as we connect with each other and to the earth. No talent, drum, or previous experience required, but if you have a djembe, dunan, frame drum, or any other percussive instrument, please bring them. Limited instruments available to borrow.
