Facilitator: Masha Erofeeva
This class is IN-PERSON and online (ZOOM). Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the class. In-person class size is limited. 6 ft. social distancing and face masks are required.
Masha believes that women are outrageously resilient but often seem to put their own needs last. Society and culture often put additional expectations on us as women that we habitually adhere to, sometimes without even realizing it. In order to empower ourselves, we must first know who we are. Women have many roles and often wear many hats. We are daughters, sisters, mothers, partners, caregivers — but what about our identity as women? Connect to your true essence as a woman for a more balanced, meaningful and joyful life. What would it be like to re-assess the narrative which is currently directing your life?
Session 1 (Free, introductory session): When we make decisions based on our strongest values, we are at peace with ourselves and our choices. What are the pillars of your life? In this session you will explore, identify and re-assess your current values.
This introductory program can be attended in person outside in the Anjali Pavilion (weather permitting) or on Zoom. If the weather dictates an inside location, the in person session will be in the William Reif Gallery in the main building. At Womanspace, for the in-person session, attendees are required to wear masks and we will practice social distancing.
