Walking is one of the easiest ways to incorporate fitness and movement into our daily lives. Using walking poles helps engage muscles that are not used during regular walking. Our overall fitness level is improved while strengthening all major muscle groups, improving posture and balance and burning up to 50% more calories! Walking with poles is perfect for every age group and fitness level. Come and learn how to use Nordic Poles and enjoy benefits similar to cross country skiing but safer and less strenuous on your body.
