Every new moon we have the opportunity to set intentions for the month and for the next six months. It is a time to pause, turn inward, visualize and listen to your inner guidance and body wisdom. Based on the astrology of the new moon, you’ll find out the current energy of each one. We will do some embodied astrology movements to become centered in order to clear the clutter and noise from within. There will be time for journaling, intention setting, and optional sharing within the group.
