This class is being offered in-person and on Zoom. The Zoom link will be sent via email once you have registered.

Face masks required in-person at all times. See updated protocols.

This class uses breath to movement, taking you through a series of warm-up poses, sun salutations, strengthening asanas, balance postures, and twists, ending with deep stretches and relaxation. All levels. Suggested equipment: comfortable attire, yoga mat, yoga block, strap, blanket/pillow.
