Face masks are required upon entering Womanspace facilities. Once the actual class begins, you may remove your mask. At the end of yoga practice, masks must be back on.

This class uses breath to movement, taking you through a series of warm-up poses, sun salutations, strengthening asanas, balance postures, and twists, ending with deep stretches and relaxation. All levels. Suggested equipment: comfortable attire, yoga mat, yoga block, strap, blanket/pillow.

Register two day before each class.
