NOTE:  This class is being held in the Anjali Pavilion at Womanspace (NOT AT INSPIRED YOGA STUDIO!)

Class size limited. Social distancing & face masks are required.

Two left feet? Love Zoomba but need something low impact? No problem! In this 5-week course, Freya will lead you through dance & yoga based stretches to increase flexibility, balance, and strength.  Then she will get your heart rate up through low impact drills using fusion belly dance moves that anyone can do regardless of your fitness level or dance experience. These combinations are a fun cardio workout that will strengthen muscles, increase joint stability, and boost your cardio fitness.  And without realizing it, you’ll learn some sassy dance moves too! 

Suggested equipment: yoga mat, close-fitting attire that allows full range of motion (for you and the instructor to see your body positions), a scarf or shawl to tie around your hips (to see your hip movements in the mirror), smooth-soled ballet shoes or socks only in the studio.

Register by: 5/31 or 2 days before a single session.
