Facilitator:  Sharon Nesbit-Davis

This class is online Zoom only. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with the link to join the class.

This six-week course expands on the previous two-hour workshop.  Empowering yourself in a world that profits from your insecurities is a rebellious act. Living authentically is a beautiful form of rebellion. Writing can help us find our authenticity and release our wild and wonderful selves. Sharon Nesbit-Davis, author of INTENDED — A Marriage in Black & White will lead explorations in writing to reflect who we’ve been, who we are, and who we want to be. Sessions will be held on Zoom. All levels of writing experience are welcome. PLEASE NOTE: We will not critique or evaluate work. Sharing your work will be welcome, but is always optional.

Supplies needed: writing utensil, paper (preferred). Devices may be used if that is more comfortable for the participant.

Sessions will include:

  • Meditative Writing
  • Welcoming our Wild Woman
  • Going Naked-Memoir Writing
  • Reflections on this Moment in our Collective Lives
