Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed by the fast-paced, nonstop demands of the world around you? Are you looking for a place to find peace and calm? Perhaps you have a trauma you are trying to resolve, or maybe you’re looking for a place to feel at home? Whatever the reason, all are welcome here. Forest therapy offers an opportunity to come back to your body and remember who you are within and as nature. This guided walk will provide you with invitations to engage in the forest, and to offer a chance to slow down. Don’t expect an intense hike or a talk therapy session; this is an easy (less than 3/4 mile) walk, and in forest therapy, the forest is therapist — the guide simply opens the doors.

As the seasons shift, we gather to reflect realign and set intentions. In line with Womanspace’s equinox and solstice traditions, this circle honors gratitude for what has been and clarity for what is emerging. We’ll close with a labyrinth walk, stepping into the season, grounded and supported.

Join us in honoring the Summer Solstice—the longest day of the year and a powerful turning point in the seasonal cycle. This gathering will be a gentle, heart-centered celebration of light, growth, and presence. Through intentional movement, breath, and moments of stillness, we’ll create space to reflect on what is blooming within us and what we wish to nurture as the season unfolds. This offering is not about performance or perfection, but about connection—to our bodies, our hearts, one another, and the natural rhythms that support us. Expect a grounding yoga practice, opportunities for reflection through journaling, and a shared sense of community as we pause to acknowledge the fullness of this moment. Please bring a water bottle, a yoga mat if you have one, and a journal with a writing utensil.

Healing is much needed today. In communities and cities across the country, dedicated and committed people are working without enough healing for themselves. Christopher D. Sims will share literature written about and for healing, and share his own healing writing processes and examples. If you have any reflective pieces to discuss please bring them. This class will also offer settings for healing and engage participants in personal reflection writing.
Registration REQUIRED two day before each class.

Discover the meditative power of art and words in this uplifting workshop where creativity meets mindfulness. We’ll begin with a grounding meditation, focus our intentions into a personal mantra, and carry that energy into our mandala art. This experience invites calm, reflection, and connection to your inner strength. No art experience needed — just come as you are. You may bring a symbol or image to include in your design. All supplies provided, including canvas, and tools.
