Come learn about CranioSacral Therapy (CST), a very gentle hands-on therapy that helps relieve pain and tension in the central nervous system, and thus all of you can relax. This holistic therapy works with the whole body and its natural healing processes so you get to the root of the issue, instead of masking symptoms. CST helps release both physical and emotional stress and trauma from the body. You will learn the basic principles of CST, how to find a provider, and how many people are living healthier lives due to its benefits! We’ll conclude our time with a 10-minute guided meditation exploring YOUR OWN body!
