    Sign up for this 5 week session or individual sessions!

    No drumming experience needed. All levels welcome…can even be done sitting down! 

    Cardio Drumming combines movement with the beat and rhythm of drums for a fun, high energy workout. It brings together drumsticks, an exercise ball, an exercise ball stand and rhythmic moves to create one of the most fun workouts you’ll ever do — you won’t want to stop.

    Cardio drumming will raise your heart rate to help burn those calories, improve your coordination and ability to focus, and help strengthen many muscle groups, including your core. Studies have shown that when people find workouts they enjoy and have fun with, they’re more likely to stick with their routine.

    Equipment needed: 65 cm exercise ball (limited supply available for purchase $15), a 5 gallon bucket to set ball on (limited supply available for purchase $5), and 5A basic drum sticks.
