    The perfect class for those wanting to move at their own pace. A great way to get back to basics, back to our bodies and fine tune our movement mechanics. Open to those who are looking for a gentle approach to Pilates basics. In addition, the instructor provides class participants with movement options and modifications to ensure that each person is working safely and at her/his appropriate level of challenge. With regular attendance, students will experience increased strength, flexibility, and stamina.
