Paul Klee 1879-1940 Swiss-German Suigeneris: Expressionism, Cubism, Futurism, Abstraction, Surrealism

Paul Klee was an accomplished violin player, writer, teacher, lecturer and visual artist. He loved the older music traditions that influenced him. His art also inspired some musical compositions of his era. The whimsical, childlike art of Klee and his idea of synaesthesia will be explored in this session.
